The new South Seas Island Resort Owner's website has been completely redesigned and reformatted to better address pertinent community issues and information.  While the site will not be the only forum for communication between Owners and the Resort, it is intended to be the place for you to find the most comprehensive, accurate and timely information. Content will be added and updated frequently to keep you informed of current and future events, reconstruction progress and frequently asked questions.

As stated previously, LXR plans to substantially enhance South Sea's presence in the luxury resort marketplace, and return it to the prominence and exclusivity the Resort once enjoyed. This restored casual elegance in our family-friendly environment is what has made South Seas so special for generations of Owners and their families, in addition to the millions of Resort guests who have become “captivated” by the destination in their own right.
